1 Educational Purpose Only
All study materials, lecture notes, previous year question papers (PYQs), lab manuals, course syllabi, and reference resources available on Apnived are provided strictly for personal, non-commercial, educational reference and learning purposes only.
Apnived is a peer-to-peer student collaborative platform created to facilitate academic assistance among university students. Commercial use, unauthorized monetization, or redistribution of any platform content for financial gain is strictly prohibited.
2 Third-Party Data & Educational Materials
Educational resources uploaded to Apnived are contributed voluntarily by community members for reference purposes. Apnived does not claim proprietary ownership over third-party educational materials, academic syllabi, or university examination resources shared by users.
If third-party copyrighted materials or data from external websites appear on Apnived, they are intended solely for non-profit academic reference under fair educational use principles.
3 Mandatory Direct Admin Contact & Dispute Resolution
If any website owner, institution, organization, author, or copyright holder identifies their proprietary data, copyrighted material, or intellectual property hosted or referenced on Apnived:
- Requirement for Direct Contact First: You expressly agree to first contact the Apnived Platform Administration directly through our official Admin Account or Support channel prior to initiating any formal legal notices, regulatory complaints, or external reporting against the website.
- Amicable & Immediate Resolution: Upon receiving a valid ownership notice via our official contact channel, the Apnived Administration will review the request promptly and remove or restrict access to the disputed content within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 24 to 48 hours).
- No Premature External Complaints: By accessing or referencing this platform, content owners agree to give the Platform Administration a fair opportunity to resolve any copyright or content concerns amicably before pursuing external legal proceedings or formal website complaints.
4 User Responsibilities & Content Sharing
By uploading or sharing materials on Apnived, you agree and warrant that:
- You are sharing content purely to assist fellow students in their academic studies.
- You will not upload private, confidential, commercially paid, or harmful documents that violate institutional privacy policies.
- You remain individually responsible for the content you share on the platform.
5 Content Takedown & Moderation Policy
Apnived reserves the absolute right to inspect, moderate, edit, remove, or disable access to any resource, post, or user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if content is flagged as infringing, inaccurate, or inappropriate.
6 Limitation of Liability & Policy Updates
Apnived is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Apnived shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of study materials uploaded by third parties.
Apnived reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
